We started out as a two-man plumbing round in Shirley and grew by doing the simple things properly — arriving on time, explaining the job in plain English, and leaving the place tidier than we found it.
Today we're a small team of time-served plumbers, heating engineers and decorators. Same phone number, same standards, one point of contact from the first visit to the final wipe-down.
- Fixed prices, in writing. You approve the number before any work starts — no hourly-rate surprises.
- Gas Safe registered. Every gas appliance is worked on by a registered engineer, with certification on completion.
- Dust sheets as standard. Floors covered, tools cleared, rubbish taken away — on every visit, not just the big ones.
